does this ruin hair?
does it work?Where can you buy permanent hair straightening product?
If you have curly hair, I would really recommend not to damage your hair I have always had real beautiful curly hair but I always wanted to get it straight so I kept doing it soooo much that I damaged it really bad now its not curly or straight is really ugly and don't know what to do with it. I use all kinds of shampoos and hot oils so hoping that it can go back to curly but it doesn't work so my suggestion please don't damage your hair.Where can you buy permanent hair straightening product?
You used to be able to buy it at Sally's Beauty Supply, but does it work? It depends. If you have african-american hair or really thick/coarse caucasian or Latin hair, it could work. But if your hair is fine or color-treated or maybe just weak, this procedure at home is risky. There could be serious breakage.
It also has a tendency to over dry your hair and when the roots grow out it can look very odd.. I would recommend a good ceramic hot iron instead. Ulta has some great ones on sale right now.
UNLESS your hair is really short. Then I would do the chemical process, but only at a salon.
i really wouldnt consider getting your hair chemically straightened unless it always gets frizzy because i got mine done at a salon (it didnt cost that much) and it worked great but it dries out your hair a lot. mine was supposed to last only 8 weeks (this was last year) but it is still in my hair but its ortive wearig off. my hair would always get frizzy because of the weather and thats the only reason i got it straightened, but if you simply just want to straighten it for no reason i wouldnt do it because it damages your hair. and im not sure if you can get products in stores to do it i think you have to go tothe salon and it does work ha
I dont think that you can ever permently straighten you hair, but yes straightening your hair in general damages you hair. Its just like frying your hair
